From Instagram Login Integration:

When you log in using your Instagram Professional account, we may collect the following information, strictly for the purpose of enabling chatbot messaging functionality and account management:

  • Instagram Account ID (id)
  • User ID (user_id)
  • Username (username)
  • Display Name (name)
  • Messaging permission status

We do not collect or store your Instagram password.

From WhatsApp Business Integration:

When you connect your WhatsApp Business Account, we may collect the following information, strictly for the purpose of enabling chatbot messaging functionality and account management:

  • WhatsApp Business Account ID
  • Phone numbers associated with the Business Account
  • Messaging templates and permissions status
  • Customer messages exchanged with the chatbot

We do not collect or store personal WhatsApp account credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Enabling chatbot features on your Instagram Professional or WhatsApp Business Account
  • Managing message permissions for proper response handling
  • Displaying message interactions in the Inbox section
  • Allowing human agent intervention (when explicitly requested by users)
  • Sending automated notifications, order confirmations, and reservation updates (WhatsApp)

We do not share, sell, or rent your data to third parties.

3. Permissions and Meta APIs

Our integration complies with Meta’s Platform Terms and uses:

  • Instagram Graph API in accordance with their permissions and policies
  • WhatsApp Business API in accordance with their permissions and policies

4. Human Agent Permission

If a user selects the “Talk to a Representative” option, we request the Human Agent permission from Meta to allow human agents to respond outside automated chatbot windows (e.g., during weekends or holidays).

5. Data Storage and Security

All data is securely stored in our cloud infrastructure and protected with industry-standard encryption. We implement strict access controls to prevent unauthorized access.

6. Your Rights

  • Request access to the data we’ve collected
  • Request deletion of your data from our system
  • Revoke the permissions granted through Instagram Login or WhatsApp Business at any time via Meta’s Settings

7. Third-Party Services

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party platforms or services such as Instagram or WhatsApp. Please refer to Meta’s Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled by Meta.
