SMS credit basis: the packages shown use one outbound SMS segment to one recipient per credit. Confirm this billing basis for your selected provider and configuration before purchase. Longer messages, emojis, and certain characters may consume multiple segments.
MMS, inbound SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, and AI usage are not assumed to use the same credit rate. Request their applicable billing rules in your configuration quote.

The $19 platform package includes unlimited contact storage. This does not include unlimited messaging. Your quote identifies the campaign tools enabled for your account.
Are messages included in the platform subscription?
No. In this pricing model, messaging credits are purchased separately from platform access, number rental, and registration fees.
What is an SMS credit?
The packages shown use one outbound SMS segment to one recipient per credit. Confirm this billing basis for your provider and configuration before purchase. Longer messages and certain characters can create multiple segments.
What is the difference between 10DLC, toll-free, and short codes?
10DLC uses a local 10-digit number with brand and campaign registration. Toll-free uses a toll-free number with messaging verification. A dedicated short code uses a 5–6 digit number with lease, application, and provisioning requirements.
Does SMIMESH register the number for my company?
With authorization, SMIMESH reviews your company and program information and submits the applicable registration or verification using your business identity. Providers and carriers decide approval.
Are registration and carrier fees included?
Provider registration, vetting, campaign, lease, and other third-party fees are separate from SMIMESH’s setup service fee. Ask whether carrier fees are included in your credit price or separately billed; your written quote must specify this before purchase.
Do credits expire?
Confirm credit expiration, rollover, minimum-purchase, and refund terms in your written quote before purchasing. No expiration or rollover policy is implied by the package table.
Does buying more credits increase sending capacity?
No. Credits pay for usage; authorized sending capacity depends on the number type and applicable registration, provider, and carrier requirements.
Are AI, WhatsApp, and Telegram included?
Advanced AI, custom bots, WhatsApp configurations, and custom integrations are quoted separately unless explicitly included. Telegram and channel-specific usage billing must be confirmed for the selected configuration.
Can I connect an existing number or provider account?
Request a review of your existing number and account. Compatibility, portability, provider access, registration status, and commercial eligibility must be confirmed; connection is not automatic.
